Chapel Hill quiet

Spring breaks; town is quiet

It’s been spring break—not for most faculty and staff in our School, but the town has been so quiet that my drive to work was halved. I like the quiet but also the buzz when everyone is back. While fully engaged in everything else on our plates, we also have been tuned into the ACC games. We beat NC State Friday but lost to Florida State Sunday. Duke lost to them Friday so we outlasted Duke. Now, on to the NCAA Championships. It really is spring here. Everywhere, bulbs are coming up, and it feels like spring. It’s a great time to be in Chapel Hill.

Happy Monday!
